The Zone has been directed by the Metuchen Board of Education to follow the Scholastic Student Athlete Safety Act. Students at The Zone who wish to participate in recreation and or sports activities are required to have a physical on file with the School Nurse along with additional athletic participation forms.

*Athletic participation forms part 1, 2 & 3 must be completed for all Zone students wishing to participate in recreation and or sports activities. *
If your student does not have the necessary forms please fill out the forms as soon as possible and return them directly to the NURSE. She is the only person who can approve your student for recreation and or sports activities. Until the forms are approved by the Nurse, students will not be able to participate in recreation and or sports activities at The Zone.
