On Tuesday, November 24th we send out invoices using a new billing system. We would appreciate both positive and helpful comments as we transition to this new system. Our goal is to deliver a monthly bill in a timely manner and to provide additional payment options.
Attendance, billing and payment reminder:
Monthly Rate students are billed at a flat rate of $260.00 per month. Students are welcomed and expected to attend every day the program is open that month. If you child will not be attending The Zone on a particular day please let us know. Student safety is a top concern. Payment is due the 1st of every month.
Daily Rate students are for those families who are looking for a flexible schedule but are able to commit to specific days. In order to receive the Daily Rate of $18.00 per day :
- print the winter calendar,
- circle the days your child will attend for the upcoming month,
- total the number of days,
- send a check for total number of days times $18.00 along with the calendar,
- payment and the calendar is due the 1st of the month.
Drop-in Rate students can simply show up that day with a check for $22.00.
